"Your body will argue that there is no justifiable reason to continue. Your only recourse is to call on your spirit, which fortunately functions independently of logic."
Tim Noakes

we all know i enjoy a good argument, (however, as a side note...i do NOT ALWAYS think i'm right...but i do like to hear a convincing argument before i change my opinion) and my body is the queen of reBUTTals. this quote really spoke to me, because i can logically talk myself out of doing almost anything, but deep down, i know the elliptical machine really isn't out to kill me and that if i would just keep going it would become easier.

today's challenge: leave me a list of 5 good workout songs. what type of music gets your legs to work?

Black-eyed Peas. Any of their songs really. But make SURE you get the radio edited versions or you won't be able to listen to them! (I gotta feeling is awesome when you are on mile 5 and needing a little more steam)
I should go get my ipod so I can really answer this question the way you'd like---but that would require me to move out of this really comfortable chair!

Exercise playlists should all include "Hero" by Bonnie Tyler. and, of course, anything by The Bieb.

I love the beer six pack!!!

(And you know I don't listen to music when I exercise. I do enjoy an episode of Wait Wait Don't Tell Me. It makes 50 min go by rather quickly.)

I'm not a music person either when I exercise. I just love the rhythmic sound of my feet (or arms if swimming) and the feeling of my other senses--sight, smells, touch...

Nel, I could go on and on about workout songs. I am one of those people that can't exercise without music. I know you said only 5, but I can't help myself.

I am a little embarrassed to say this, but my all time favorite workout song is the edited version of Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle) by Limp Bizkit. For some reason it just keeps me going. Here are some of my current favorites.

Just Dance - Lady Gaga
Whatcha Say - Jason DeRulo
Evacuate the Dancefloor - Cascada
Dynamite - Taio Cruz
Tik Tok - Ke$ha
I Like It - Enrique Iglesias
Replay - Iyaz
Single Ladies - Beyonce
Say Aah - Trey Songz
Somebody to Love - Justin Bieber (don't judge!)
Magic - B.o.B
When Love Takes Over - David Guetta
Leavin' - Jesse McCartney
Blame It - Jamie Foxx
